Zara Ilyas

Zara Ilyas is a qualified solicitor and has been established with working at MTG Solicitors, who are based in Hayes for many years. She is an excellent practitioner who has shown that not only is she determined, but also an empathetic litigator.
Zara has developed a particular interest in housing law and family law. She has, on numerous occasions, challenged and defeated the local authorities and RSLs in either their attempted denial and/or evasion of their statutory duties to homeless clients; or in their overzealous attempts to enforce their rights.
Zara advises on divorce, separation, nullity/annulment, financial matters, cohabitants /cohabitants disputes. She also is experienced with issues involving children including residence, contact and removal from England as well as family injunctions; non-molestation order and occupation order. She also conducts her own advocacy in these matters. Her style is thorough, forthright and she is sympathetic at all times, allowing her to sympathise with and understand each client’s individual circumstances.
Zara is multilingual and speaks Punjabi, Urdu, Mirpuri, and English
