The Blank Slate (Art Competition)

Welcome & Peace be Upon You All.

Nour is calling out to all creative individuals for an unmissable, unbelievable and extremely incredible Art competition open to everyone far and wide on the theme:

‘STRENGTH, SUPPORT & SOLACE’

The mind is a blank slate, thus we want you fill it with your own interpretation using these three key words in your own creative way.

So unite your paint brushes, your pens, your cameras, your hands and your imagination in a symphony of art and expression.

Submit any type of media your interpretation desires; whether it be a collage, a sketchbook, a canvas, a photograph or even a cushion… let your imagination run wild and let your creative senses take over!

The Competition:

The top 15 jaw-dropping, heart-softening, visually-stunning pieces of artwork will appear in an exhibition highlighting just how amazing they are AND they will be entered into Nour’s live auction to raise money for victims who are in dire need of ‘Strength, Support & Solace’.

The Rules:

There are NO rules. Submit as many pieces as you like.

The Entries & Winners:

All entries will be automatically entered into 3 categorises in the competition:

1. Innovative: Best creative interpretation
2. Abstract: Weird & Wonderful
3. Graphics: Technological marvel

ALL entries will be judged upon by YOU the public, so you can get your friends and families to vote for you.

The top 30 will be judged by a panel of guest judges then the winning top 15 will be entered into Nours live auction to raise money for victims who are in dire need of ‘Strength Support Solace’ during our Domestic violence week.

Send in photographs of your entries to [email protected] along with the dimensions and a short description of your artwork (100 words), for your chance to partake in this artistic movement.

Prizes:

A hamper basket full of art goodies, Alongside a few other surprises, so stay tuned.

      the work should contain the theme of Strenght | Support | Solace, so however you interpret those words should be represented on to your work. :)

      that’ll be confirmed at a later date, so keep an eye out on the website. in february, those who were shortlisted will be announced and march the winner will be decided at the exhibition
